Grilled Nectarines with Greek Yogurt and Honey

Ingredients :

 

4 nectarines, halved and pitted

1½ teaspoons grapeseed oil (or other light-flavoured oil)

½ cup Athina 0% Fat Greek Yogurt

⅓ cup honey

¼ cup sliced almonds

¼ teaspoon cinnamon



Method :

 

  1. Heat a grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Brush the nectarines with oil. Place them on the grill, cut side down, and cook until grill marks develop, about 5-6 minutes.  Flip the nectarines over and cook another 3-4 minutes, set aside.
  3. To serve, place a tablespoon of Athina 0% Fat Greek Yogurt on each nectarine and drizzle with 2 teaspoons honey. Sprinkle sliced almonds and a pinch of cinnamon on top.
