Frozen Greek Yogurt Bars

Ingredients
- approx one 8”x8” pan
- 454g of Athina Greek Organic Yogurt with Biscuit
- ¾ cup whipped dairy cream
- 1½ cup granola
- ⅓ cup peanut butter
Method
- Combine whipped dairy cream with Athina Greek Organic Yogurt with Biscuit and mix until well combined.
- Pour the granola in a food processor and pulse several times until ground.
- Transfer to a bowl, add peanut butter and use your hands to mix well.
- Press crust mixture into the bottom of a pan.
- Top with yogurt mixture and freeze.
- Cut into squares and serve.
