Every day we collect the milk directly from our farmers and transfer it to our facilities for quality check. We only use high quality milk produced in the North part of Greece which is pasteurized according to EU regulations. Our yogurts are produced with the addition of yogurt culture and sealed in airtight cups only a few hours after the milking to preserve the rich nutrition of a great yogurt.
Our production is in the North part of Greece. It is one of the most modern factories in Greece which ensures quality and safety of the final products. All stages of the production are being controlled automatically for 100% safety.
We use our own fully equipped laboratory to carry out all the necessary daily controls so as to ensure premium quality and food safety.
Our yogurt is air shipped in a weekly basis so as to always have fresh products in the supermarkets. We deliver to Athens airport every Friday and the goods arrive in their destination on Monday.
Greek Yogurt must be stored between 2 – 4 degrees Celsius. Please make sure that the storage temperature is never less than 0 degrees (freezing conditions) since the low temperature will damage the yogurt. NEVER STORE YOGURT IN FREEZING CONDITIONS.
After opening of the cup you can store the yogurt in your refrigerator until its expiry date. After a few days you might see some liquid in the product. This is completely normal – it is due to humidity. You can take out the liquid or you can mix it with the yogurt. It is safe for consumption.

有機蔗糖不像紅糖,紅糖是加了糖蜜的白糖。
