Healthier Yogurt Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons spreadable cream cheese (or reduced-fat spreadable cream cheese)
300g Athina 0% Fat Greek Yogurt
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons dried chives
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped onion

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients and blend well with a spoon.

2. Refrigerate for 12 hours or overnight, allowing flavors to marry. Serve with crudite or crisp, lowfat crackers.
