Greek Yogurt Tiramisu

Ingredients :

 

1 teaspoon instant coffee

100ml hot water

100g ladyfingers

300g Athina Greek Yogurt

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons condensed milk

a few cocoa powder, unsweetened

4 teaspoons rolled oats



Method :

 

  1. Dissolve coffee in hot water, let cool and set aside.
  2. Put Athina Greek Yogurt in a bowl, add honey, condensed milk and oats, mix well.
  3. Working with one at a time, quick dip each ladyfinger into the coffee, then line the bottom of a 4- by 6.5-inch baking dish.
  4. Top with about half the yogurt filling, spread into an even layer. Put remaining ladyfingers with coffee, then top with remaining yogurt filling and spread smooth, sprinkle with cocoa.
  5. Cover and chill for at least 16 hours and serve.
