Greek Yogurt Tiramisu

Ingredients :
1 teaspoon instant coffee
100ml hot water
100g ladyfingers
300g Athina Greek Yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons condensed milk
a few cocoa powder, unsweetened
4 teaspoons rolled oats
Method :
- Dissolve coffee in hot water, let cool and set aside.
- Put Athina Greek Yogurt in a bowl, add honey, condensed milk and oats, mix well.
- Working with one at a time, quick dip each ladyfinger into the coffee, then line the bottom of a 4- by 6.5-inch baking dish.
- Top with about half the yogurt filling, spread into an even layer. Put remaining ladyfingers with coffee, then top with remaining yogurt filling and spread smooth, sprinkle with cocoa.
- Cover and chill for at least 16 hours and serve.
