Birthday Cake Frozen Yogurt Popsicles


490 g Athina Greek Yogurt
85 g honey, maple syrup, or agave
3 tablespoons milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
60 g sprinkles, divided


  1. In a large bowl, combine Athina Greek
    Yogurt, honey, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix
    until well combined. Fold in 1/3 of sprinkles
    and add mixture to the popsicle mold.
  2. Top with extra sprinkles and insert
    popsicle stick and freeze for at least 4 hours or
    until the popsicle is completely frozen.
  3. Tip: Freeze popsicles without the stick for
    about 2 hours then insert popsicle stick while
    pops are semi frozen.
